Automatic backups to this device
Pick a folder once (your Documents folder is a good choice) and how often you want a copy. While you are signed in, Tiercord saves a fresh backup into a tidy Tiercord Backups folder for you, no clicking required.
Your off-site copy
Download a complete copy of this workspace, every invoice, notice, payment, deadline, and recorded PDF, plus your workspace data, and keep it somewhere you control. We recommend doing this weekly.
No complete off-site copy is currently verified on record. Scheduled on-site backups support recovery from accidental changes. A copy kept outside the hosting account can survive its loss.

Tiercord schedules a daily workspace-data snapshot and document inventory. These support recovery alongside your off-site copy and separately secured account keys.

How recovery works
- Every recorded PDF carries a SHA-256 hash, so a restored document can be verified byte for byte against your downloaded copy.
- Your downloaded archive includes workspace data and files. Review its recovery notes for excluded records, required keys and any incomplete data.
