What to import
Everything in QuickBooks
After importing, Reconcile imported invoices records each invoice's QuickBooks issue date as evidence and settles the ones an imported payment already covers, as history. It does not start a statutory deadline: an accounting export cannot establish when a proper invoice was received, or that it was proper. Everything else is left awaiting your review and appears on your dashboard once you confirm receipt and properness in Tiercord. Safe to re-run: invoices you or Tiercord have already moved on are left untouched.
Imported invoices are recorded as received documents (not Tiercord-issued), so they never trigger a false proper-invoice rejection.
Xero
Choose which contacts to bring over, and Tiercord imports their invoices, payments, and the supplier bills coded to them - then keeps them in sync. Each record is filed under the right project, contract, and prompt-payment clock, using your Xero tracking category to work out which job it belongs to.
Connect your Xero organisation to import your books into Tiercord. You'll be sent to Xero to authorize the connection, then brought right back here.
This workspace already reads Riverbend Construction Co. from QuickBooks
Running two ledgers into one workspace is supported, and it is work. The same company, job, invoice and payment can exist in both, and a record that lands twice is a second statutory deadline for money that is only owed once. Tiercord holds anything that looks like a record you already have and asks you to confirm it, one pair at a time. Expect to spend time on that after the first import.
Which accounting system should Tiercord believe?
When QuickBooks and Xero disagree about a company name, an address or a payment term, Tiercord uses the one you pick here. It does not change which invoices are imported - both ledgers are read in full.
Procore
Import your projects, owner (prime) contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payments from Procore. Tiercord reads each record and files it under the right project, contract, and counterparty, carrying Procore's real contract values and retainage straight across.
Connect your Procore company to import your projects and contracts into Tiercord. You'll be sent to Procore to authorize the connection, then brought right back here.
AI assistants

Connect up to two mailboxes (Gmail or Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365, or one of each). Tiercord requests send-only permission and cannot read inboxes, drafts, contacts, or mailbox settings. The default is preselected, and you can choose either address when sending an invoice or notice.
No mailbox connected yet. Tiercord sends invoices and notices from your own address, so recipients see the sender they expect.
Email delivery sends the exact PDF from the address selected in the document dialog. Provider acceptance, message identifiers, sender, recipient evidence, and attachment hashes are recorded in the audit evidence ledger.
Calendar
Anyone with this shared URL can read every open deadline in the workspace. Removing a member or changing their project access does not withdraw a shared URL; rotate it or disable the feed to stop that access.
