Brentwood Towers – Phase 2

I, Maya Chen, President of Riverbend Construction Company Ltd., do solemnly declare that all accounts for labour, subcontracts, products, construction machinery and equipment, and other indebtedness which may have been incurred by Riverbend Construction Co. in the performance of the contract BT2-PRIME-2025 on Brentwood Towers – Phase 2, and for which the owner might in any way be held responsible, have been paid in full for the period 2026-08-04 to 2026-09-03, except for holdback monies properly retained, amounts deferred under the terms of the contract, and amounts withheld by reason of legitimate dispute which have been identified to the party or parties from whom payment has been withheld.
