Every plan includes every capability. Companies switch off the parts they do not use, and Tiercord keeps tracking them either way.

BC Builders Lien Act s. 8(1)-(2)
Statutory holdback becomes eligible for release 55 days after substantial completion in this project's province.
Lien claims must be preserved within 45 days of substantial completion / abandonment / contract end in this project's province.
BC's Construction Prompt Payment Act would shorten the holdback period to 46 days and abolish a standalone lien against the holdback. It received Royal Assent on 2025-11-27 but has not been brought into force and has no proclamation date, so the Builders Lien Act periods above continue to apply.
