Construction adjudication is a fast, interim-binding process in which an adjudicator decides a payment dispute on a short statutory timetable.
Adjudication is designed to keep money moving on a project. A determined amount must be paid within a strict compliance window; a party that disagrees can still litigate or arbitrate afterward.
