Authorized nominating authority
An authorized nominating authority is the body designated to administer construction adjudications and appoint adjudicators when parties cannot agree.
Examples include ODACC in Ontario and the SCDRO in Saskatchewan. The relevant authority depends on the province in which the project is located.
