The receipt, and what follows

A date you can
trace back.

The day you send an invoice and the day it is received are different facts. Keep both, with the evidence behind the receipt.

Tiercord works out supported payment and notice dates from the applicable rules and recorded events. If a required fact is missing, the gap stays visible.

Bring open deadlines into your calendar through a subscription feed. Keep holdback release separate until the required contract facts are in place.

Questions from the bookkeeping desk.

Plans & pricing
How does it work with my ledger?

Connect supported QuickBooks Online or Xero records, with eligible write-back settings you control. You can also review CSV and Excel imports before saving. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.

Can I work across clients?

Switch between company workspaces that have invited you. Each client controls access. Confirm workspace and billing arrangements for your practice during the demo.

What can my bookkeeping seat change?

Invoices, payments and holdback releases. Company administration stays with the owner; the legal dispute workspace has separate permissions.

What if a receipt or release date is missing?

Required missing facts stay visible. Tiercord withholds unsupported clocks rather than treating a sending date as proof of receipt. Holdback release depends on the applicable rules and recorded contract facts.

What happens when I book a demo?

The button opens an editable email enquiry. Tell us about your company or practice, the provinces you work in and what you would like to explore. We arrange a personal walkthrough by email; clicking the button does not book a meeting automatically.

Where is our data stored?

Tiercord's core application servers are configured to run in Montréal, Canada. Core workspace records and files are stored in Canada Central. Connected AI, email and accounting services can involve processing outside Canada. See the privacy policy for the separate uses.

Which rules apply to my project?

Supported provincial rules cover Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Federal eligibility depends on location and party tier. Timing depends on the contract and recorded facts.

British Columbia: prompt payment is pending. Those clocks stay out of statutory overdue counts and reminders; existing lien and holdback rules remain separate. View the statute.

Tiercord supports professional review. It does not provide legal advice, determine entitlement, file an adjudication or swear a declaration.
