For general contractors
The owner. The trades. One clear picture.
Owner invoices, trade obligations, notices and project evidence. Connected to the same job, so finance, the project team and advisers can follow the record.
A personal walkthrough. Arranged by email.
Alongside Procore and your accounting system.
See the project from every tier.
- The owner
- Your team
- The trades
Start with the owner’s record.
Keep the owner invoice and its recorded receipt together, with the dates that follow.
P-024 $148,500
One project. More than one obligation.
See both sides
of the payment.
The owner invoice is one part of the job. Subcontractor obligations, their contracts and the events that start their clocks are another.
Keep those relationships connected in Tiercord. Follow the owner invoice and its recorded receipt while keeping downstream obligations tied to their own required facts.
One owner date is not every trade’s deadline.
Missing upstream facts stay visible. An unsupported date is not treated as an active clock.

The context behind the next action
Keep the issue
with the evidence.
A deficiency, a notice and proof of service answer different questions. The original invoice should stay within reach while the team works through each one.
Review deficiencies and supported notice records alongside the contract, invoice and project documents. Keep what has been recorded distinct from what still needs to be supplied.
A clearer handover under pressure.
Give the next person the source record and the open question, with the gap made explicit.

Connected to the way your company works
Your systems.
A connected view.
Keep Procore and your accounting system in their familiar roles. Connect supported records to the project’s payment and compliance record.
Tiercord supports Procore imports, QuickBooks Online and Xero connections, and CSV/Excel exchange. Confirm the data you need to bring across and the write-back settings you want to use.
Start with an actual workflow.
Use the walkthrough to check one project, its owner invoice and the downstream obligations your team needs to follow.

Finance, project teams and advisers
A handover the team
can work from.
The project team knows the job. Finance knows the payment record. Your advisers need the supporting documents and the facts still in question.
Assign roles and project access so each person can work with the record they are authorised to use. Bookkeeping and Legal seats have different permissions; company administration stays separate.

Plans & pricingDoes it replace Procore or our ERP?
Keep your existing systems. Tiercord supports Procore imports, QuickBooks Online and Xero connections, and CSV/Excel exchange. Procore invoice and outbound-payment export are not supported. We can review other ERP requirements during your walkthrough.
Can we control project access?
Yes. Assign roles and project access to your team. Bookkeeping and Legal seats have distinct permissions; the Legal seat keeps the client's business records read-only.
How are deadlines determined?
By the supported jurisdiction, contract, party tier and recorded events. Owner and trade obligations have different triggers. Missing required facts remain visible; unsupported dates are not treated as active clocks.
Where is project data stored?
Tiercord's core application servers are configured to run in Montréal, Canada. Core workspace records and files are stored in Canada Central. Connected AI, email and accounting services can involve processing outside Canada. See the privacy policy for the separate uses.
Read the privacy policyWhich rules apply to my project?
Supported provincial rules cover Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Federal eligibility depends on location and party tier. Timing depends on the contract and recorded facts.
British Columbia: prompt payment is pending. Those clocks stay out of statutory overdue counts and reminders; existing lien and holdback rules remain separate. View the statute.
Tiercord supports professional review. It does not provide legal advice, determine entitlement, file an adjudication or swear a declaration.
