Shape this workspace

Every plan includes every capability. Companies switch off the parts they do not use, and Tiercord keeps tracking them either way.

Chapter3 short sections

Email, assistants & backups

Connected mailboxes, AI access and copies of your records

Part 1

Send from a connected mailbox

Connect an available Google or Microsoft mailbox in Settings → Integrations. When email delivery is enabled, use the send action on an eligible invoice or notice and review the sender, recipient and attachment before sending.

Review the recorded delivery result afterward. Generating a PDF or clicking Send is not proof of statutory receipt or service. Where you deliver a document outside Tiercord, use the record's available delivery controls to record what actually happened.

Part 2

Choose what a connected assistant can access

The AI connector gives a supported assistant read-only access to the Tiercord information its connection permits. It cannot change, send or issue records. Review the consent screen, selected workspace and permissions before connecting.

Your membership, project scope and active access still apply. Review connected assistants in Settings and revoke a connection when it is no longer needed. A connection does not give an assistant ownership of the workspace or permission to bypass its controls.

Part 3

Keep a usable copy of your workspace

Owners can create workspace backups and configure automatic copies on a supported device. Check the last successful copy and any recovery warnings, and keep the backup folder available to the browser.

Automatic local backups depend on this device and its browser permissions. A download with missing files or recovery warnings is not a complete recovery copy. Keep exported financial records separate from the full workspace backup.
